It is so great to hear the club is doing sooooo well. I am proud to have been a member of this club for over 13 years now! It goes from strength to strength and want to thank all the instructors and fellow karateka for all helping me over the years in my training. You are all wonderful.

Well done for everyone who passed their grading and for the clubs recent success stories.

I am missing the club at the moment. I have been in bed unable to move for a week and in severe pain due to a prolapsed disc in my back and sciatica. I have been suffereing from this for a while and hope to be training in the summer!

I hope to be able to make the cosmo meal with Laura and Jamie if i am able to move and sit up by then :)

Josh, the sound was extremely low and the menu screens went wrong too. I couldn't see what I was selecting. Got a brand new DVD player, didn't work in that so tried in laptop drive, it wouldn't even read the disc. Would be great if you could swop it for me Monday.

Adam, was the sound an issue on just the fights or the menu as well? Also was there totally no sound or was it just quiet?

Due to being a burned DVD (as apposed to a pressed one in a factory) there may be issues on some old DVD players. Its worth giving it a try in a different one if you have one handy. It's also possible you got a duff one, which I can replace if need be.
